What's Included in Our Fee
New Premises licence / full variation application
- Completion and submission of all relevant application forms to the Licensing Authority
- Creation of bespoke operating schedule for your business
- Submission of the application to the nine responsible authorities
- Determination of the rateable fee you are required to pay to the authority
- Preparation of the template advert for press publishing (a legal requirement)
- Preparation of the advertisement to be displayed at the premises (a legal requirement)
- Pre-app liaison with responsible authorities for managing and mitigating objections
- Post-app liaison with responsible authorities and/or residents in pursuit of preventing a hearing
What's not included
- Local Authority Fee, payable to the local authority the premises resides in, based on the rateable value of the premises.
- Advertisement fee, payable to a local circular (newspaper) distributing in the area, cost depends on circular. This is a legal requirement.
- Attendance to a licensing committee if representations are received. Cost of this will depend on location, type of committee i.e. in person or virtual and the case complexities.
