After an initial free of charge consultation, we will be in a position to advise on the most appropriate licence for your business. Following on from this, and with your instruction, we can then make the relevant application on your behalf. This includes all relevant authority consultations to ensure you obtain a suitable licence without unnecessary and restrictive conditions. During the consultation period we will continue to work on your behalf negotiating with all parties to ensure your business gets the best licence possible. We will also visit your premises after the licence has been granted and carry out a mock licensing inspection to ensure you are complying with your licence.

Local Authorities and the Police take non-compliance seriously and have the power to review your licence or take formal action such as prosecution. If prosecuted the fine for non-compliance is unlimited and or up to 6 months imprisonment. This was increased by the government in March 2015 previously the fine was £20,000.
